Education:
Adelbert L. Hallisey graduated from the University of Hartford with a BS in Accounting in 1959.

Experience:
Burt was a partner in the firm of Bardaglio & Hallisey, CPA's until 1966. He then was a sole practitioner until 1975. Burt and Paul R. D'Agostino formed Hallisey & D'Agostino, CPA's in 1975. His forty-four years of public accounting experience in dealing with small businesses and individuals has involved dealing with a myriad of financial, accounting, and tax issues. His personal and direct approach has allowed the Firm to grow both in number and quality of clients. His dedicated and determined application of service to a diversified group of clients has contributed to a stable and highly recommended Firm.

PAUL R. D'AGOSTINO, CPA

Education:
Paul R. D'Agostino graduated from the University of Hartford with a BS in Accounting in 1968.

Experience:
Paul joined the firm in December 1968 and became a partner in 1975. His thirty-six years of public accounting experience provides him with an extensive background in dealing with the financial, accounting, and tax issues of small businesses. His personal and direct approach has provided clients with personal accounting programs to serve their needs. Quality service has helped clients grow and has attracted a steady flow of new clients over the years. English is his second language. He is very fluent in Italian, his first language.

GERALD J. CIBALSKAS, CPA

Education:
Gerald J. Cibalskas graduated from the University of Connecticut with a BA in Accounting in 1974.

Experience:
Jerry joined the firm in July 1976, after a brief stint with a prior firm, and became a partner in 1980. His thirty years of public accounting experience include dealing with tax matters of closely held businesses and their owners, including small business retirement plans and estate planning.

MICHAEL A. DESANTO, CPA

Education:
Michael A. DeSanto is a 1977 graduate of Central Connecticut State University with a BS in Accounting.

Experience:
Michael has twenty-seven years of Public Accounting experience with an intensive background in accounting, financial, and tax issues of small businesses especially with the construction industry. His personal approach, vast experience and quality services have provided clients with solutions to their accounting, financial, and tax needs. Michael is also a certified Pro Adviser for Intuit Master Builder Software.

LAWRENCE F. HALLISEY, CPA

Education:
Larry graduated from the University of Hartford with a BS in Accounting in 1988.

Experience:
Larry joined the firm in September 1988 and became a partner in 1994. He has expertise in financial planning, tax planning and consulting for privately held businesses and their owners. He also has a broad range of experience in working with companies in the automotive, construction, manufacturing, medical, retail and wholesale/distribution industries.
